Follow the link to the ticket restoration page and enter the field, email address and phone number you specified during registration indicated on the page.

Write to us by email info@expotickets.ru, indicate in the letter how many tickets are needed and the details of your legal entity and information about the electronic document management system used. We will send you an invoice for payment.
Attention! We work with legal entities exclusively using electronic document management systems (EDM). Before receiving an invoice for payment, you will need to accept the invitation from International House of Tea LLC.

With the standard purchase procedure, the receipt is sent automatically to the email specified during payment/registration, so first of all, make sure that the receipt has not ended up in the SPAM folder.
In other cases, write to us by email info@expotickets.ru, indicate in the letter the email address, phone number and full name to which the ticket was purchased and we will send the receipt again.

Yes, this is possible, terminals for self-registration and payment will be installed in the registration area.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

A purchased ticket can be returned no later than 24 hours before the event. A request for a refund must be sent by mail info@expotickets.ru with registration details (full name, e-mail, phone)
